Congratulations to International Map Industry Association (IMIA) member Gordon Cheers of Millennium House, a Sydney based company, on winning the IMIA Global Map Awards this year for the magnificent Earth Platinum World Atlas. The Atlas is the largest atlas ever produced in the world and is a wonderful achievement by all involved. We are very proud to say two of our staff, Stewart Adrain and Amelia Zander, worked on the Atlas as part of a team of about 60 cartographers from around the world. Only 31 copies of the atlas are being produced and if you would like to purchase one for a cool US$100,000 please let us know! |
